Kim Nieves, CRNP
Kimberly Nieves is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. At The Center for Innovative GYN Care, Kimberly accepts new patients and existing CIGC surgery patients for primary GYN care, including annual Well Woman exams, acute and chronic conditions, and she addresses pre & post-op questions for CIGC surgical patients.
Kimberly received her Bachelors in Psychology from State University of New York at Stony Brook and studied nursing at the Lienhard School of Nursing at Pace University in New York. She was accepted as a National Health Service Corp scholarship recipient and following her graduation from Pace University, she went on to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner with a focus in Women’s Health, HIV and Hepatitis C treatment. She has functioned as preceptor to Nurse Practitioner students at various stages in her career. She has also had the opportunity to care for patients in the fields of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Chronic Pain.
Kimberly has a passion for Women’s Health and patient education. In her desire to help patients become smarter about their GYN health, she takes the time to help patients understand what is happening with their bodies whether in an office consultation or over the phone.
