The staff was so friendly, the ppl at Innovative surgery center went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I came from Atlanta to Maryland to have Dr. Mackoul perform a laparoscopic myomectomy. I didn’t like what I was being told in Atlanta! Dr. Mackoul called me and went over everything with me, his staff was extremely attentive, everything was set up before I got here. Dr. Mackoul was very thorough and my surgery went as planned smoothly. His operating nurses were top notch and so friendly! The anesthesiologist was great. Recovery was amazing because my recovery nurse really catered to me. I had a 15 centimeter fibroid removed through two small incisions. Im resting now at my hotel. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Mackoul for your fibroid procedure! Thanks Dr. Mackoul for saving my uterus and taking great care of me!!! 🙂Close
I have suffered for years with debilitating endometriosis, most doctors didn’t understand or just wanted to give me pain meds instead of a real treatment. Dr. D was INCREDIBLE. She treated me with the utmost respect and had a wonderful bedside manner. The entire office comes HIGHLY recommended!!Close
Dr. Danilyants is by far the best doctor/surgeon I’ve ever met. She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She has been the most caring and personable doctor I’ve come across. I felt very safe with her because I knew she had my best interest at heart. When I met her I had lots of issues but after a few contacts with her, my life changed for the best. She is a guardian angel. I’m better now, so I won’t interact with her as much but will certainly miss her. Thank God for the internet because that’s how I found her. I have no regrets….none! I am feeling and doing great! Superb experience….Close
Dr. MacKoul is a wonderful doctor who assisted me with dealing with an issue which I had failed to address for many years (was very nervous and scared). During my first appointment with him, he clearly explained the process and provided different options (before my visit I thought that I had only one option). The time he spent with me, answering my questions and addressing my concerns made me confident that I had identified the right doctor. The pre op and post op instructions were very clear and the coordinators were always available to answer any questions. The atmosphere in the surgery facility was very good, not too crowded, and the nurses were professional and nice. This helped to calm my nerves more. My surgery was at 7:30am and I was told that I would be ready to go home at 12:30p. I was awake at 10:30am and was told that it was time to go home. I was so amazed as to how fast this happened. The expectations after surgery were very clear which helped me a lot through the recovery process. I didn’t have any complications and I was able to get back to the basic normal routines in less than a week (of course taking it easy). It is 2.5 months now and I am doing great. I would recommend Dr. MacKoul to anyone out there who has issues related to uterine fibroids. Mine were very big and he was able to take everything out with only 2 tiny incisions! Thanks Dr. MacKoul for all the great care, I am now fibroids free – What a relief!Close
