Kay Loughrey, M.P.H., R.D.N., L.D.N.
Kay Loughrey, a registered dietician, nutritionist and health and lifestyle coach, has been in the business of helping people transform their health for more than 30 years. She gives clients practical tools and customized, step-by-step programs to overcome inner and outer blocks using the latest science and technology to achieve lasting results. At the CIGC Wellness Center, she assists clients with addressing weight, fertility, PCOS, and conditions such fibroids, endometriosis and diabetes. She also offers genetic testing, plant-based diet counseling and athletic performance coaching. Kay earned a master’s degree in public health from the University of Hawaii and a second master’s in marketing from Johns Hopkins University. She is licensed with the State of Maryland to provide diet counseling, certified with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics to counsel adults in weight management and certified by the American Management Association in strategic planning. She’s been featured and quoted in many well-known publications, including The Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, Men’s Fitness magazine and Newsday.
