Welcome to the New CIGC Patient Focused Website: InnovativeGYN.com!

The Center for Innovative GYN Care Announces New State-of-the-Art Interactive Website and Ad Campaigns That Shine Spotlights on Success Stories, Patient Resources, Advocacy

The Center for Innovative GYN Care has taken major steps to promote gynecological health, encouraging our patients to stand up and share their stories so other women will have the courage to take control of their own health. The new InnovativeGYN.com and radio and digital ad campaigns highlight these incredible stories with that mission in mind, especially when it comes to getting diagnosed early, and if necessary choosing the best possible surgery.

InnovativeGYN.com Gives Women Tools to Choose the Best GYN Surgeon

InnovativeGYN.com now features patient testimonial videos, infographics and in-depth information on GYN conditions, procedures performed and techniques used by the CIGC fellowship trained GYN surgical specialists.

“Too many GYN procedures are still being performed with invasive techniques,” said Dr. Paul MacKoul, MD. “Procedures that are performed open or with a Robot are invasive and recovery can take much longer. The truth is, if given the option, most patients will always choose the least invasive procedure if the success rate is high. Doctors themselves will certainly choose the least invasive procedure for themselves or recommend to a loved one, and yet due to lack of minimally invasive laparoscopic training, 45 percent of hysterectomies are still being performed open.”

Dr. MacKoul and Dr. Natalya Danilyants, MD at CIGC have tremendous success in performing minimally invasive GYN procedures, even procedures that are traditionally performed open, like myomectomies.

Talking about gynecological conditions can be incredibly hard for many women. As advanced a society as we have become, reproductive health is a topic that remains taboo. The only way to move forward is to start and remain part of the very necessary conversation that helps to inform women about their options, and advancements in surgical practices.

Seeing women like Heidi, Brenda, Helene, Beth, Susan and Emily tell their stories can empower others to ask better questions, and not settle for living a life in pain, or coping with heavy bleeding, or unable to conceive a child.

Radio and Digital Ad Campaigns

In addition, the CIGC radio and digital advertising campaigns highlight the successful minimally invasive GYN procedures unique to CIGC. The Center for Innovative GYN Care radio ads with Jenni Chase on WASH FM and with Danni on HOT 99.5 bring into focus how common it is for women to suffer with these conditions. We are proud to have these women share their own experiences and to encourage others to take action for their health.
